For those with a desire to better understand Christianity and the message of the Bible, we offer a Bible Study Correspondence Programme. This is a free service of New Covenant House for serious inquirers within the Greater Toronto Area. It is open to Jews and Gentiles alike, although the material is geared to those with a Jewish background and education.
Students are sent a series of lessons and study questions by mail, which they can complete at their own pace in the privacy of their homes. One of our teaching staff personally reviews and corrects each student's answers, offering individual support and counsel. We build relationships with our students as we seek to help them grow spiritually in the Lord.
We are currently offering two courses. One (course 010) is our original 56-lesson survey of the Bible. The other (course 110) is our new 12-lesson introduction to the major themes of Scripture:
110 - Discovering God. 12 Lessons. No Prerequisites.
In this course, you will consider basic questions about God, mankind, sin, redemption, and the Bible. Questions include: “How can we get to know God?” and “Why did Jesus die for us?”
You will discover the answers to these questions by studying relevant passages in the Tenach (Old Testament) and New Testament. You will also be provided with various study helps. As you delve into this material, with God’s help, you will gain a solid understanding of the fundamental truths of Scripture.
